Gwyneth Paltrow is an all-around entertainer: she can act, sing and dance. She also maintains her own website, Goop. And her best role so far is being a wife to rocker, Chris Martin and a mother to Apple and Moses. At the age of 38, how does Gwyneth keeps fit?

Gwyneth credits her exercise workout under personal trainer Tracy Anderson for her fit body. She does 45 minutes of cardio and aerobic exercise for five days a week. She also does muscular structure work, which involves toning, realigning and lengthening of muscles for 45 minutes.

When Gwyneth started her dance aerobics class under Tracy, she was having a hard time learning the choreography. She considers herself as uncoordinated when it comes to dancing. It took her a long time before learning the moves but now she loves her dance aerobic classes to bits since it’s fun!
