We all know that losing weight is never easy. But for celebrities, it may seem easy because they have the money to pay for surgeries, to hire trainers and to buy exercise machines. However, the most important trait to have in trying to lose weight is willpower and determination.

These celebrities are credited for losing weight the natural way, which means no shortcuts such as surgery. They endured hours of working out and eating strict diets.

1. Jennifer Hudson

This former American idol finalist and now singer and mother to her son David Jr. used to be a size 16. Now, thanks to Weight Watchers, she is a size 4!

2. Drew Carey

When this TV show host got Type II diabetes, he knew that he had to make diet changes. He also started exercising and drinking lots of water.

3. Kelly Osbourne

This rock star’s daughter started losing weight when she joined Dancing with the Stars. Her dance partner Louis van Amstel helped Kelly a lot by advising her to eat a high-protein, low-carb diet because it would keep her energized .She also learned that diet and exercise really work! Now, Kelly is a size 2, weighing just 112 pounds.

4. Anthony Hopkins

This actor famously known for his role as Hannibal Lecter lost 75 pounds in the past couple of years! He works out in the gym six days a week. He also power walks and lives on 800 calories a day. This just means that with Anthony, age is not a deterrent when it comes to losing weight.
