Janet Jackson’s Workout Tips for Looking Hotter than Ever!

Janet Jackson’s body makes a come back for her new tour as the pop star’s slimmer shape is seen the photo above. Janet has struggled with her weight ever since 1986 when she first hit the charts. She was nearly 13lbs overweight in 2005 when she yo-yoed in her weight. In four months she lost a little over 4lbs and then put on weight once more.

New photos of the pop star show her slimmer body is back and she is looking fitter than ever. The 44-year-old is ripped with a six-pack to compliment her toned body. Janet’s weight loss is all thanks to a blend of cardio and weights along with two hours of dancing every night. Janet takes on this extreme exercise regimen under the eye of trainer Tony Martinez.

Janet works with Tony six days a week or as often as her schedule permits. Tony helped Janet to get in shape for her current Up Close And Personal world tour.

She says:

‘For cardio I run on the beach for at least 40 minutes,’ and ‘The sand makes it much harder.’

Janet also uses squats and lunges to strengthen her legs. The singer does sit-ups and uses a Swiss ball and weights for her arms and chest. Her fabulous six-pack is from the use of ad rollers as she simply rolls forward using her stomach muscles. With such an intense workout Jackson is looking fantastically ripped. The singer is working to keep the weight off with the help of her trainer and so far she is doing a great job.
