Julianne Hough is a professional ballroom dancer, country music singer and actress. But she is most widely known for her participation in Dancing with the Stars wherein she won in Season 4 and 5. She is also the sister of Derek Hough, also a Dancing with the Stars alumni.

So how does this 23 year old stunner maintain her lean, toned physique?

According to Julianne, she has to stay motivated to maintain her body. Otherwise, she’ll gain weight just like anyone else. Whenever she stops dancing, she gains weight.

Not surprisingly, dancing is Julianne’s workout. However, she knows that there are certain areas of the body that dancing can’t tone. That’s why she also works out four to five days a week in a gym doing a combination of cardio exercise and body sculpting with free weights. When she’s not at the gym, she runs for 30 to 45 minutes.

Working out is a big deal to Julianne. She always tries her best to work out wherever she is because exercising makes her feel good.
