Sometimes I just can not help but to stop at a fast food joint. We May be traveling or simply running late with our daily chores. Our busy schedules often give us very little time to prepare healthy meals at home. So when we find ourselves in the drive through, is there anything we can order that will make our profession suffer?


Well, you're absolutely eat fast food one day, there are some factors to consider. For example, calorie wise, ran a red girl with pigtails is the best place to go. After that, try to get any side salad or grilled chicken sandwich without mayo. You can also opt for a little chili, but you should absolutely stay away from the loaded baked potato and fried foods.

Try to avoid the calories packed meatball and Italian subs. As far as burger joints, be sure to stay away from fried foods! French-fries, onion-rings, sodas and supersized meals are all bad news. They quickly rob you of your health and your waistline slim. Try to get the side salad with fat free dressing or a grilled chicken sandwich. And whatever you do, do not make your visits fast food joint a day habit. We all know that the food is delicious and ready in less than five minutes, but the outcome of this type of diet is anything but good!
